Korean Beef Ingredients 1 LB. Ground Beef 4 Cloves Minced Garlic 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar ½ Cup Soy Sauce 2 TBS Sesame Oil ½ teaspoon Ground Ginger 2 TBS Olive Oil 1 Bunch Green Onions chopped for garnish 2 Cups Vegetables of choice (recipe used Zucchini, Broccoli, Colored Peppers). Directions In a medium bowl mix together garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ground ginger. In a skillet, heat up olive oil. Add your ground beef and break up and brown. Chop up vegetables, steam in microwave or soften in meat mixture. Add sauce and vegetables to meat mixture.
