kitchen, my Instant Pot, and I'm going to be making spaghetti and meatballs. Simple, easy

and delicious y'all. I'll be making my own meatball recipe for this. Let's get started

All right y'all, I'm going to go ahead now and go over everything we're going to need to make our spaghetti and meatballs. Now over on this side here, we're going to be making the meatballs

with one and a half pounds of ground beef. I've got one egg. I've got some milk, some parsley. Now

this is just dried parsley. You can use fresh if you'd like. I've got about one cup of panko crumbs

I've got about half of an onion that I've diced. It's kind of a mince actually to keep it really

small. I've got some pepper, some garlic salt, and some parmigiano or reggiano. I've got some olive

oil here. We've got a jar of our favorite pasta sauce, so whatever you want to use. If you want

to use homemade, that's fine also. And I've got about eight ounces of spaghetti here and three

cups of water. All right, we're going to go ahead and get started by putting our meatballs together

and making those. The first thing we're going to put in is our meat. One and a half pounds. You

can go lower than that or you can go more than that. It's up to you. Now you can also use ground

turkey, ground chicken, whatever you want to make. That's fine. All right, so I just kind of like to

break my meat up just a little bit. Now I'm using an 80-20 ground chuck. I'm going to go ahead now

and add the rest of the ingredients. We have one cup of panko crumbs. I've got half an onion that I minced

We're going to put an egg in there. All right, we're going to season with some pepper

All right, I've got some garlic salt. That'll take care of the salt and the garlic flavor

Now what I like to do is just kind of go across it and come back. All right, we've got some

dried parsley here. You can use fresh parsley. Now put it in there, y'all. I really love parsley in mine

All right, that's about a quarter of a cup. I'm just going to add some parmigiano-reggiano cheese or you can just use regular parmesan cheese

We're going to go in and I'm going to mix this up with clean hands, y'all

All right, so I'm using a cookie scoop here, one of the bigger ones

just to kind of help me form all these meatballs the same size. So I have it like that. I'm going

to squish it really hard, y'all. I really want a crust on these, all right? We don't want them

to fall apart in the Instant Pot. So get a nice, round, uniform shape to that, just like that

And we'll put them on there. All right, y'all, so to get started on my Instant Pot, I'm going to go ahead and hit the saute

button here for 30 minutes and that'll give us plenty of time to brown up our meatballs

All right, we're going to let it start heating up so that we can get a nice brown on our meatballs

I'm not looking to cook these all the way through, all right? So I've got some oil here that I'm going

to add to the bottom of my pan. Now you'll know when the oil is ready because it'll start shimmering

down in there and that's what we're looking for. All right, y'all, so I have two plates of meatballs

It made this plate and then I have another plate. So I'm going to do these in batches

so we don't overcrowd the pan. Now if you don't want to brown your meatballs, you don't have to

brown your meatballs, all right? We're going to go ahead and put them in. You hear that sizzle

All right, y'all, so all I'm looking to do is just get some color all around the meatballs and then

I'm going to pull this batch out and then I'm going to put the next batch in and do the same thing and

then we'll be right back. Y'all, when you brown your meatballs like this, it adds such a flavor

This is what we're looking to do on these meatballs. You see that? All right, it's all nice and clean now. All right, so what we're going to do

is, let me hit the cancel button there, cancel the saute function

all right? And I'm going to put the meatballs back in and we're going to start building our spaghetti

All right, everyone, I've got my spaghetti and everything ready to go into my instant pot where

my meatballs are in here that have been browned. Now the first thing we're going to do is I've got

eight ounces of spaghetti here and I'm going to take it in little batches and break it. Now if

you don't like to have spaghetti broken, close your eyes. All right, so you just break it in half

and then we're going to lay it across the meatballs here. Got our last batch here

There we go. Just kind of push down on that. All right, I've got some olive oil that I'm

going to drizzle on top of the spaghetti very lightly. There we go. All right, so I'm going

to go ahead now and add three cups of water. Now I'm using a, let's see, 26 ounce jar of my favorite

pasta sauce, which is Classico. Now you can use whatever brand you want or if you want to make a

homemade pasta sauce, just make sure that you got about 26 ounces going in. Just kind of cover it

all up there. Now just take a spoon, wooden spoon or something, and just kind of push everything into

there. Just make sure that it's covered. I feel like I'm going to need a little bit more water

I wanted to hit that spaghetti. Or you can add more sauce, whatever you want to do. We just want to make sure that the spaghetti

is good and covered. And that is perfect, just like that. All right, everything in there

Lid goes on. Lock it into place. Now in the back of your unit, let's see, can you see that? I'm

going to bring it closer to you. There's a knob back here and you want to make sure that it is on

sealing. All right, y'all, so we're going to hit our pressure cooker button here on manual setting

high pressure. We're going to take it down to 10 minutes. All right, y'all, now it's going to start coming up to pressure and when it does, it's going to do a

10-minute countdown. We are going to do a quick release at that time. All right, y'all, our Instant

Pot came up to pressure. Then it did a 10-minute countdown. So we're going to go ahead and do a

quick release on the unit here. So on the back where it says sealing the knob, we're going to
