Teriyaki Pineapple Chicken Meatballs

Meatball Mixture
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup panko crumbs
- 8 oz can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve the juice)
- 3 TBS milk
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 3 green onions, sliced thin
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Saucy Glaze
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4-1/2 cup pineapple juice (reserved from the crushed pineapple)
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 TBS corn starch + 1 TBS water
