Crockpot Olive Garden Chicken & Pasta

- 2 lbs skinless & boneless chicken breast
- 16 oz Olive Garden Italian Dressing
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 16 oz cooked pasta, drained
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
- 2 TBS Parsley
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot and season with salt and pepper. Pour the Italian Dressing over chicken. Place cubes of cream cheese on top of chicken. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender and cooked through. Using 2 forks shred chicken on cutting board and place back in crockpot. Add cooked pasta, parsley and 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese. Stir well to combine.
