One Skillet Ramen Noodle Recipe-30 Minute Meal

- 1 TBS cooking oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped choose colors to make a pretty dish, if you can.
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1-2 cups frozen broccoli or any vegetable
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 pkts beef flavor ramen noodles
Sauce
- 1 pkt seasoning from ramen packet
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- sriracha sauce (optional)
- 3 cups beef broth
Saute onion & peppers on medium high heat in a large skillet until slightly tender. Salt & pepper to taste.
Add ground beef. Cook until browned. Drain any excess grease.
Sprinkle seasoning packet over meat. Add soy sauce, garlic, sriracha sauce, and beef broth. Mix until well combined.
Add broccoli or other vegetable. Break 3 packets of ramen noodle and stir into meat & sauce. Continue stirring for 2-3 minutes until noodles are done and vegetables are heated through. Let sit for a few minutes to absorb any liquid.
