PEEPS Blondies - An Easter Treat

- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup white chocolate morsels
- 15-20 PEEPS chopped (any color combination)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
In medium bowl whisk together brown sugar, butter and vanilla extract. Add in beaten eggs and mix well. In a small bowl whisk together flour and baking powder. Slowly add in flour mixture to the brown sugar mixture. Mix well using a wooden spoon until batter forms.
Place batter into prepared baking pan. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven. Place chopped PEEPS all over top of blondie. Place back in oven for 5-7 minutes to finish cooking the blondie and to melt the PEEPS.
Cool completely before cutting into bars. Enjoy.
