Chocolate Dessert
A delicious 3 layer icebox dessert recipe from Elaine R. one of my special Youtube subscribers who provided me this recipe from a Church Cookbook.

- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 16 oz cool whip, divided
- 2 sm (3.9oz) each boxed chocolate instant pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
To make Top Layer
In a large bowl using an electric hand mixer, beat together, pudding, 8oz cool whip and milk until a thick and creamy pudding consistency is met about 5 minutes. Spread mixture over the cream cheese layer evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set up. Enjoy.
