7 Ingredient Sweet & Sour Chicken (Crockpot)

This is a 7 ingredient Dump & Go recipe for Sweet & Sour Chicken slow cooked in the crockpot.

Equipment

  • 4.5 – 6 quart slow cooker/crockpot

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" bite size cube pieces
  • 1 (14.8 oz) jar sweet & sour sauce
  • 2 medium bell peppers (any color), chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped into bite size pieces
  • 2 TBS soy sauce (or more, for your taste)
  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 TBS minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp each salt & pepper

Instructions

  • Spray a 4.5 -6 quart crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place cubed chicken, bell peppers, & onions, drained pineapple chunks, sweet & sour sauce, garlic, soy sauce, salt & pepper, in bottom of prepared crockpot.
  • Stir together until well combined.
  • Place lid on crockpot and cook for 2-3 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low until chicken is cooked through and fork tender. Serve over cooked white rice.
  • NOTE: cooking time will vary depending on size of your chicken.
