Apple Snickers Salad

A Cool Sweet Summer Treat with only 6 ingredients and no cooking.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium granny smith apples
  • 6 regular size snickers candy bars
  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (8 oz) carton cool whip, thawed
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  • Wash, dry, core, and cut apples into small bite size pieces. Place into a bowl with 2 tsp lemon juice and mix together to prevent browning.
  • Cut regular size snickers into 4 pieces each.
  • In a large mixing bowl mix together pudding & milk until combined. Fold in thawed cool whip. Stir in 2/3 of the apples & snickers.
  • Place remaining snickers and apples on top of the mixture. Drizzle caramel over the top of the snickers and apples.
    Cover & chill until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers. Stays fresh 3-4 days in refrigerator. You can make this the night before.
