Asian Ground Beef & Noodles Easy Recipe

Delicious Asian Flavored Ground Beef & Noodles cooked in one pot or skillet in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 – 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped bell peppers, any color
  • 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4-6 cups beef broth
  • 12-16 ozs spaghetti, uncooked
  • 4 green onions, sliced (garnish)
  • sesame seeds (garnish)

Instructions

  • In a large pot place ground beef, bell peppers and onions. break up ground beef and cook until beef is no longer pink and peppers and onions are softened.
  • Stir in brown sugar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, black pepper, garlic and beef broth.
  • Bring to a boil. Stir in spaghetti broken in half. Cook for the time shown on spaghetti package. (1/2 way through stir and add more broth if needed, place lid on and cook the remainder of time or until spaghetti is cooked to tenderness desired.)
  • Turn off burner. Let sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
