Banana Pudding Rice Krispie Treat

Ingredients

  • 6 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 10 oz bag marshmallows
  • 4 TBS butter
  • 3.4 oz box 1/2 pk banana cream pudding (use only 1/2 box)
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1 bag white chocolate morsels
  • opt. banana slices for garnish
  • opt. extra vanilla wafer crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  • Butter or grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. For thicker treats use a 9 x 9 baking dish.
  • Melt butter in a large Dutch oven or large pot over medium heat.
  • Add in marshmallows and 1/2 box banana cream pudding mix. Stir continuously until all melted and combined.
  • Add in cereal and vanilla wafer crumbs. Stir until coated well. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and press firmly and evenly.
  • Melt white chocolate morsels per directions on package. Drizzle over banana pudding rice krispies treats. Spr9inkle extra vanilla wafer crumbs on top of melted morsels.
  • Let cool & set up 30-45 minutes on counter top. Optional: serve up with banana slices.
