Blueberry Dump Cake

This is a simple 5 ingredient, one dish, fresh blueberries delicious dump cake. It’s such a beautiful looking dish for such a simple recipe. Definitely add a few scoops of ice cream to this one.

Blueberry Dump Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 4 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a baking dish, mix blueberries, sugar, and cinnamon well.
  • Sprinkle dry cake mix over berry mixture. Pour melted butter over dry cake mix. (Do not mix.)
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until cake is golden brown.
  • Serve with ice cream.

    • Hi! I would certainly use frozen berries. I haven’t used my instant pot as a slow cooker. I may have to try that function. Thanks so much for stopping by.
