Equipment

  • 9 x 13 baking dish

Ingredients

  • 1 (16ct) pkg Hawaiian king rolls or dinner rolls (Check out my recipe to make your own Hawaiian rolls in the search bar.)
  • 4 TBS mustard (Dijon, stone ground or regular)
  • 12 slices favorite cheese (I find the sharp cheddar is a favorite.)
  • 10 slices deli ham (your favorite selection)
  • 10 slices deli turkey (your favorite selection)

Brown Sugar Glaze

  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 TBS dry mustard
  • 1-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Cut rolls lengthwise (horizontally) through the center of rolls to separate tops of rolls from bottom of rolls. Use a serrated bread knife works best.
  • Place the bottom of rolls into greased baking dish. Spread mustard to cover the rolls entirely. Place one layer of cheese on top of mustard. Place one layer of ham on top of cheese. Place one layer of turkey on top of ham. Cover ham with another layer of cheese. Place top layer of rolls on top of cheese evenly.
  • In a small bowl mix all ingredients for the brown sugar glaze. Spoon glaze all over the tops of the rolls and down the sides. Place a sheet of foil over baking dish tightly. Place in preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes. Enjoy.
