These cookies are so easy to make using any flavor of boxed cake mix for an easy and yummy treat.
Cake Mix Cookie - Green Crinkle
Ingredients
- 1 (18.25 oz) box cake mix, yellow, white, or vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 10-12 drops food coloring, I used green
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix cake mix, eggs, and butter together. Stir in food coloring until well combined.
- Using a 1 inch cookie scoop or a TBS scoop dough and form into balls. Roll in the powdered sugar.
- Place on a prepared sheet pan. Take the bottom of a glass and smash down the cookie balls to a 1/4 inch or so.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes until the edges are lightly browned.
