Cake Mix Cookie - Lemon Meringue Cookie
Ingredients
- 8 oz cool whip
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 box lemon supreme cake mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add cool whip and beaten eggs to large bowl and mix well.
- Add cake mix and mix well. Batter will be sticky.
- Scoop onto lined baking sheets using a 1 inch or 2 inch scoop.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes. Let cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet and move cookie to a wire rack to completely cool.
