Cake Mix Cookies - Orange Creamsicle

- 1 (15.25) oz box orange cake mix
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients together.
Place in refrigerator for 30-45 minutes to solidify dough.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare baking sheets with parchment, silpat nonstick baking sheets or lightly grease.
Using a 1 inch cookie scoop or TBS place dough balls onto cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
Bake for 7-9 minutes. Keep an eye on these around the 7 minute mark to keep from over baking.
Remove from oven, allow to cool 1-2 minutes on pans and remove cookies to a wire rack to completely cool. Enjoy.
