Cherry Chip Cake Mix Cookies

- 1 (15.25 oz box) cake mix (cherry chip, funfetti, or a white cake)
- 1 jar marashcino cherries drained and destemmed
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place parchment paper on cookie sheet or lightly spray with a cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
Using a 2 inch cookie scoop place dough on prepared baking sheet. Place one cherry on center of dough ball and push down lightly.
Bake for 9-12 minutes. Remove cookies from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 3-4 minutes. Then place on rack until completely cool. Enjoy.
