Chicken Cordon Bleu Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 package 12 white soft slider buns or hawaiian king rolls
  • 24 slices swiss cheese, thin
  • 24 slices deli ham, thin
  • 24 slices deli chicken, thin (any cooked chicken)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup deli mustard
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place bottom halves of rolls on baking sheet pan. Spread 1/2 of the mayonnaise on the bottom of halves of rolls. Spread 1/2 of the mustard on rolls.
  • Top with 1/2 of the cheese slices, ham slices, and chicken slices.
  • Spread rest of mayonnaise & mustard on the top half of rolls and place on top of the sliders.
  • Cover loosely with foil. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • In small bowl place melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley flakes and whisk together. Brush butter mixture all over the tops of the sliders.
  • Place back in oven uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
