Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large stand mixing bowl, combine butter and both sugars until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and mix to combine.
Add eggs one at a time until combined.
Add 1/2 flour mixture and mix well. Add the rest of flour mixture and combine.
Mix in chocolate chips and the broken pretzels.
Scoop cookie dough using a 1 inch cookie scoop and place on a parchment lined baking sheet or a ungreased baking sheet.
Place a whole chocolate covered pretzel on top of cookie dough and flatten down to hold pretzel.
Bake for 12 minutes, check for a golden brown color on the edges. Enjoy.
