34cupfresh squeezed orange juice or prepared orange juice, DIVIDED
4TBSdijon mustard, DIVIDED
1/2cupbrown sugar
1/2tspground ginger
2TBScorn starch
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place ham spiral slice side down in a large baking pan.
Mix together 1/4 cup orange juice and 2 TBS dijon mustard. Pour over top of ham getting into the slices. Seal baking dish with foil tightly.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes per pound of ham.
Remove ham from oven. Turn ham over.
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, bring to a simmer 1/2 cup of orange juice, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 TBS dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp ground ginger and 2 TBS corn starch.Pour mixture over ham and in between the slices.
Lower oven temperature to 325 degrees. Place ham back into oven uncovered for 15-20 minutes. Remove ham and enjoy.
