Equipment

  • large sheet pan

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ct) tube refrigerated crescent rolls (original or butter flavor)
  • 3 TBS mayonnaise
  • 8 strips cooked bacon
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 8 slices deli turkey
  • 8 slices deli chicken
  • (NOTE: you can use any combination of deli meat for these roll-ups)
  • 4 slices favorite cheese cut into halves
  • 4 slices tomato cut into halves
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • cracked black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large sheet pan or place a piece of parchment paper on top of sheet pan. Set a side.
  • Remove crescent roll dough from tube and separate into 8 individual triangles placing them on a clean work surface.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the top side of each triangle. Place a piece of cooked bacon on the large end of the triangle on the mayonnaise. Roll a piece of ham, turkey, or chicken deli meat (you can use any combination of lunch meat) and place on top of bacon. Add half a piece of cheese on top of deli meat. Add a half slice of tomato or half of a cherry tomato on top of the cheese.
  • Starting at the large end roll the crescent dough over to cover the bacon, deli meat, cheese and tomato. Keep rolling to the end tip of the crescent to seal.
  • Place crescent roll-ups on the prepared sheet pan with space in between each roll-up.
  • Brush egg wash on the tops of roll-ups and sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until roll-ups are golden brown on the top and bottom and cooked through. Enjoy.
