Club Crescent Roll-Ups
An Easy Deli Meat Crescent Roll Lunch Idea

- large sheet pan
Ingredients
- 1 (8 ct) tube refrigerated crescent rolls (original or butter flavor)
- 3 TBS mayonnaise
- 8 strips cooked bacon
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices deli turkey
- 8 slices deli chicken
- (NOTE: you can use any combination of deli meat for these roll-ups)
- 4 slices favorite cheese cut into halves
- 4 slices tomato cut into halves
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a large sheet pan or place a piece of parchment paper on top of sheet pan. Set a side.
- Remove crescent roll dough from tube and separate into 8 individual triangles placing them on a clean work surface.
- Spread mayonnaise on the top side of each triangle. Place a piece of cooked bacon on the large end of the triangle on the mayonnaise. Roll a piece of ham, turkey, or chicken deli meat (you can use any combination of lunch meat) and place on top of bacon. Add half a piece of cheese on top of deli meat. Add a half slice of tomato or half of a cherry tomato on top of the cheese.
- Starting at the large end roll the crescent dough over to cover the bacon, deli meat, cheese and tomato. Keep rolling to the end tip of the crescent to seal.
- Place crescent roll-ups on the prepared sheet pan with space in between each roll-up.
- Brush egg wash on the tops of roll-ups and sprinkle with cracked black pepper.
- Bake in preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until roll-ups are golden brown on the top and bottom and cooked through. Enjoy.
