Corn Casserole Easy Recipe

- 1 (8oz) box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn, drained can or frozen
- 1 (14oz) can cream style corn
- 1 (4oz) can diced green chilis (optional)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/2 stick butter melted
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except cheese.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
