Corn Casserole Easy Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 (8oz) box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn, drained can or frozen
  • 1 (14oz) can cream style corn
  • 1 (4oz) can diced green chilis (optional)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl mix together all ingredients except cheese.
  • Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Top with cheddar cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 50 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden.
  • Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
