Heat 1 TBS butter in medium skillet. Add mushrooms, season with salt & pepper. Saute for a few minutes until half way tender. Turn off heat.
In another skillet add 1-2 TBS butter, sliced peppers and onions. Saute until soft. Turn off heat.
In a medium sauce pan break up and brown up sausage. Turn off heat.
Roll out crescent roll dough on a sheet (12" x 15") of parchment paper to thin it out.
Top dough with sauce and spread evenly up to the edges. Sprinkle 4 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese across the sauce.
Place cooked mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, and sausage evenly across the cheese. Top with pepperoni.
Top pizza with additional 4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese.
NOTE: This pizza is very versatile using many different toppings, cheeses, and your favorite sauce. Have fun.
Bake pizza in a preheated oven based on the temperature and time found on the crescent dough tube package. You may add additional time until pizza crust is golden brown and cheese has melted and is golden brown also.
Slice into squares and enjoy.
