In a medium bowl mix together cream cheese, onions, bacon, dijoun mustard, salt & pepper. Set a side.
On a clean work surface sprinkle 1 TBS of flour. Lay out crescent roll dough into a triangle shape and thin out with rolling pin. Spread cream mixture over crescent dough completely.
Layer 6 pieces of any variety of lunch/deli meat or other cooked meat. Top with a layer of cheese.
Starting on the long end closest to you start rolling the dough over the ingredients tightly and keep going until you get to the other long end creating a tube shape.
Cut tube shape in half using a serrated knife. Cut the two halves in half and so on until it's all sliced thin. Place each pinwheel shape dough onto a lined baking sheet giving them space to grow.
Whisk up 1 egg in a small bowl and baste each pinwheel top and sides.
Place in 350 degree preheated oven for 14-18 minutes until dough is golden brown and cooked through. Allow to rest on baking sheet for a few minutes. Enjoy.
