In a medium bowl, mix together ground bee, milk, panko crumbs, egg, black pepper, parsley salt, garlic. Using a TBS or scoop make round shapes and roll to form meatball.

Heat 2 TBS oil & 2 TBS butter in large skillet until it sizzles. Place meatballs in skillet and let brown on one, turning them over to brown on the other side.
Place meatballs in crockpot. Pour can of beef broth over all meatballs.
Place lid on crockpot and cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours. Check for tenderness of the meatballs. Remove meatballs. Add sour cream to gravy in crockpot and mix well. Add meatballs back in to absorb the juices. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve over noodles, mashed potatoes or rice.
