Crockpot Beef & Noodles

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lb chuck roast
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 (10.5 oz) cans beef broth
  • 1 (32 oz) box beef broth
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery
  • 1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
  • 2 TBS minced garlic
  • 1 (24 oz) pkg homestyle noodles
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In the bowl of the crockpot combine water, broths, cream of celery, soup mix, garlic, salt & pepper.
  • Place the roast into the liquid. Cover & cook for 7 hours on low.
  • After the 7 hours, remove roast and shred. Place back into crockpot. Add noodles and stir to combine. Place cover back on and cook on high for one additional hour or until noodles are tender.
