Crockpot Chicken & Stuffing Casserole

Equipment

  • 6 quart crockpot
  • large mixing bowl
  • whisk

Ingredients

  • 3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Seasonings for Chicken

  • salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika
  • 1 (10oz) package frozen green beans
  • 2 (6oz) boxes chicken stove top stuffing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet dry chicken gravy
  • 1 (10.5oz) can chicken broth
  • 10 oz water

Instructions

  • Season both sides of chicken with salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Spray non-stick cooking spray in 6 quart crockpot. Place seasoned chicken in bottom of crockpot.
  • Place frozen green beans on top of seasoned chicken. Pour 2 boxes of chicken stuffing mix on top of green beans.
  • In large mixing bowl whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, chicken gravy packet, chicken broth, & water. Pour mixture all over dry stuffing.
  • Place lid on crockpot and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low until chicken is cooked through and fork tender. Serve it up.
