Delightful Blueberry 4 Layer Pie

Oh My Goodness, what can I say about this recipe?  Anything with a cream cheese layer is great.  Add it to a graham cracker crust with pecans is down right great!  Then somewhere in there is blueberry pie filling and some cool whip.  Yep my family calls it the summer bomb.  Cool, Refreshing, and as my motto states “Simple, Easy, and DELICIOUS”.

Delightful Blueberry 4 Layer Pie

Ingredients

  • 9 pieces graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 10 TBS butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 TBS milk
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 2 cans blueberry pie filling 21 oz each
  • 16 oz frozen whipped topping thawed

Instructions

  • Pulse graham crackers and pecans in a food processor until finely ground.
  • Pour into a large bowl and add melted butter and 1/4 cup of sugar. Stir to mix.
  • Press into 9x13 baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
  • LET COOL.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, milk and confectioners sugar until smooth.
  • Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping. Save remaining whipped topping for final layer.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture on top of cooled crust.
  • Spread blueberry pie filling on top of cream cheese layer.
  • Top with remaining whipped topping; garnish with fresh blueberries.
  • Chill & Enjoy!
