Deluxe Ranch Cheddar Burgers
You won't believe what's in these burgers besides Ranch. Another fun ingredient. French's Crispy Fried Onions. I'm frying burgers today, but you can also grill or oven bake these burgers. Enjoy.

- large mixing bowl
- cast iron skillet or other type skillet

Ingredients
Hamburger Ingredients
- 1 – 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 1 packet ranch seasoning & dressing mix (leave dry)
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 TBS hamburger or steak seasoning blend
- 1/2 cup French's Crispy Fried Onions
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Extras
- 1 TBS butter, to fry burgers
- 4 hamburger buns, lightly toasted
- tomato, lettuce, onion, American cheese
- mayo, mustard, ketchup, pickles
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients (ground chuck, ranch dry mix, Worcestershire, steak seasoning, cheese, & fried onions).
- Divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball shape and place onto parchment paper. Place another small piece of parchment on top of the ball of meat mixture and smash into a patty shape.
- Heat butter in skillet over medium – medium high heat until hot.
- Place 2 patties at a time into hot skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Flip burgers over and cook an additional 4 minutes. Place a slice of cheese onto each burger and cook one additional minute or until burgers are cooked through.
- NOTE: you can butter the buns and lightly toast them in a separate pan. Enjoy your burgers with lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ketchup, mustard, and/or mayo.
