2 Ingredient Fudge

The Easiest? Only 2 Ingredients. Frosting and Peanut Butter. Perfect for the holidays and gift giving.

Equipment

  • 8 x 8 baking pan
  • parchment paper
  • large bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz) jar peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 1 (16oz) container vanilla frosting

Instructions

  • Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cut and fit parchment paper inside baking pan.
  • Open jar of peanut butter and remove any paper or film from top of jar.
    Place jar onto a microwave safe plate and heat in microwave for 1 minute.
    Pour liquid peanut butter into a large mixing bowl.
  • Open container of frosting and remove any paper or film from top of container.
    Place container onto a microwave safe plate and heat in microwave for 1 minute.
    Pour liquid frosting into large bowl with peanut butter.
  • Whisk peanut butter and frosting together until well combined.
  • Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set up.
  • Take fudge out of pan by pulling the parchment paper out of pan and lay fudge on a cutting board. Cut fudge into squares. Fudge can sit on countertop in an air tight container.
