French Dip Baked Tortilla Wrap

Take your favorite French Dip Sandwich and make it so easy with Deli Roast Beef, Cheese and Crispy Fried Onions. Roll it up and bake it up Let's not forget a delicious Au Jus sauce to Dip these delights in.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 4 (9 – 11 inch) flour tortillas
  • 12 oz deli sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone slices
  • 1 cup French's Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil (olive or avocado oil)

Au Jus Dipping Sauce

  • 2 cups beef broth or consomme
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place parchment paper on a large sheet pan.
  • On a clean work surface place each tortilla. Place 4 pieces of roast beef slices in a single layer to cover the tortilla. Break up 2 slices of cheese and distribute all over the roast beef. Sprinkle French's fried onions over the cheese.
  • Pull in the sides of the tortilla. Bring the bottom edge of tortilla over and start rolling the tortilla while tucking in the sides to form a burrito shape.
  • Brush on a little of the oil on the inside edge of tortilla to help close. Place the wrap seam side down onto the prepared sheet pan. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Brush the tops of the wraps with more cooking oil. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy on tops.

Make easy Au Jus Dipping Sauce

  • In a medium sauce pan whisk together 2 cups of beef broth or consomme, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a boil over high heat. Stir for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Serve Au Jus in small ramekins. Using a serrated knife cut baked wraps in half. Serve up with the dipping sauce.
