Perfect little bites you can’t stop eating. So many great things about these meatballs. The cheddar is an amazing surprise inside and the glaze on the outside offers a nice little sweetness.
Glazed Cheddar Stuffed Meatballs

- 1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Using a one inch scoop or TBS gently roll meatball mixture into a ball shape.
- Take a cheddar cheese cube and press into center of meatball. Cover cheese completely. Place onto prepared rack.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- While baking, combine the three ingredients for the glaze.
- take meatballs out of oven and brush the glaze over all hte meatballs.
- Place back in oven for another 10-12 minutes until no longer pink.
- Let cool a few minutes and enjoy.
