Ground Beef Divan Skillet
A delicious skillet meal full of ground beef, cheese, broccoli, spaghetti, and easy homemade alfredo sauce.

Ingredients
- 12 oz uncooked spaghetti
- 1 TBS salt for cooking spaghetti
- 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli
Cream Cheese Alfredo Sauce (NOTE: you can substitute a jar of alfredo sauce if you do not want to make the homemade sauce. If you use the jar, skip steps and ingredients noted for the Cream Cheese Alfredo Sauce.)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
Ground Beef
- 1 TBS cooking oil
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Mix In
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add in 1 TBS of salt and 12oz uncooked spaghetti. Cook for 2 minutes less than the instructions on back of package. Then add in broccoli and cook for the final 2 minutes. Drain pasta and broccoli and set aside.
- In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter. Whisk in cream cheese and garlic powder until melted. Whisk in heavy whipping cream slowly until all incorporated and smooth. Whisk in black pepper and parmesan cheese. Set aside.(NOTE: you can skip this step & ingredients listed for "Alfredo Sauce" above altogether and just heat up a jar of alfredo sauce.)
- In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook onion and ground beef with 1 TBS cooking oil. Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/4 tsp garlic power. Cook until beef is browned and onion softened. Drain off any excess grease. Turn off burner.
- Add drained spaghetti, broccoli, alfredo sauce, and cheddar cheese to the meat mixture in skillet. Stir until all combined. Enjoy.
