

Homemade Tarter Sauce
Oh you will love this with your fish. Such a fresh & flavorful sauce.
Equipment
- small bowl
- measuring spoons & cup
- small whisk or fork
- plastic wrap
- small cutting board & knife
- lemon juicer
Ingredients
All ingredients are to your taste. Add as little or more to your liking.
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2-1 tsp dill relish
- 1 TBS shallot, minced (or red onion)
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 1 TBS capers, drained & chopped
- 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with a small whisk or fork. Taste, and adjust any flavors. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes to meld flavors together.
