Instant Pot Green Beans

- 4 slices uncooked bacon (or pre-cooked in a frying pan)
- 1-2 lbs fresh green beans with stems removed
- 1 TBS garlic
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1-2 TBS butter, cut into pieces
- salt & pepper to taste
Place uncooked bacon into instant pot on sautee mode. Cook until crispy. Remove bacon.
Add chicken broth and scrape bottom of instant pot to remove all the bits.
Add green beans, garlic, bacon crumbled, butter, and salt & pepper. Stir.
Lock lid into place, make sure knob on unit is on sealing. Cook on manual, high pressure, for 15 minutes. Do a quick release. Enjoy.
