12 inch cast iron skillet or 9 x 13 baking dish skillet or dish needs to be oven safe
sheet pan lined with parchment
cutting board and sharp knife
Ingredients
2(28 oz) cansoriginal baked beans
1/4cupketcup
2TBSmustard
1TBSminced garlic
2tspWorcestershire sauce
1/2tspblack pepper
1/2tspsalt
1/8cupmolassass
6-8pcscooked bacon (crisp & golden brown) chopped
1/2mediumred onion, diced
sliced green onions for garnish
Instructions
In a 12 inch cast iron skillet or 9 x 13 baking dish place all ingredients and mix well to combine.
Bake in 350 degreed oven for 1 hour. Garnish with sliced green onions and enjoy.
NOTE: To make oven cooked bacon, place uncooked bacon on a parchment lined deep baking pan and bake in a 425 degree preheated oven for 15 – 18 minutes until crisp and golden brown. Let bacon drain on a paper towel covered plate. Chop into bite size pieces.
