

One Pot Beef & Cheddar Ranch Pasta
Love this easy weeknight meal using ground beef, cheese, and ranch flavoring.
Equipment
- large deep skillet or pot with lid
- cutting board & sharp knife
- measuring cups & spoons
- spatula
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pkt (1 oz) ranch seasoning packet
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 8 oz dried, uncooked egg noodles
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Brown up ground beef in large deep skillet or large pot over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until ground beef is no longer pink and onion is softened. Drain excess grease from skillet.
- Add in garlic and stir for one minute.
- Stir in beef broth, milk, ranch seasoning packet, salt & black pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Make sure to taste for extra seasonings if needed.
- Stir in noodles. Cover with a lid and turn down heat to medium. Let simmer for 10-12 minutes until noodles are tender.NOTE: remove lid every few minutes and stir mixture returning lid back on pot.
- Once noodles are tender turn off heat. Stir in all of the shredded cheese and green onions. Enjoy.
