Spaghetti

Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine meatball ingredients (ground beef, egg, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, & parsley).Form 1 1/2 scoop sized meatballs rolled tightly.
- In a large skillet heat 1TBS cooking oil to a sizzle. Place meatballs into hot skillet and brown them on one side 4 minutes and turn off meatballs and brown for 2-3 minutes. Then move meatballs around to brown sides. Drain any excess grease.NOTE: we are not fully cooking the meatballs during this stage.
- Add in jar of pasta sauce, butter, salt & pepper to taste, garlic powder and chicken broth. Turn heat to high and bring to a boil.
- Add in spaghetti. I break spaghetti in half for ease. Stir and allow spaghetti to be covered in sauce.
- Place lid on, lower heat to a medium low. Simmer for 10-12 minutes until spaghetti is tender. (Stir a few times during cooking time.)
- Turn off burner and allow spaghetti to sit for 5 minutes to allow sauce to thicken and absorb into spaghetti. Sprinkle with dried or fresh parsley. Enjoy.
