Welcome back everyone. Today I am going
0:02
to be doing a special show for you guys.
0:05
We are going to be cooking just simple,
0:07
easy meals that Thomas and I love to
0:10
make when we're not actually doing
0:12
videos for you guys. These are some
0:14
breakfast, lunch, and dinner ideas that
0:16
you can make for one person, two people,
0:18
or more, whatever you like. All right,
0:21
you guys. We're going to go ahead and
0:22
get started. Let us know which one that
0:25
you like. And if you want to see more of
0:28
videos like this one, let us know. Also,
0:31
drop a comment down below. All right,
0:32
you guys, enjoy.
0:35
Good morning, everyone. Welcome back to
0:37
one of our breakfast that I was going to
0:40
show you. Now, this morning, I am going
0:42
to make a copycat version of a
0:45
Chick-fil-A breakfast bowl. We make our
0:48
own because theirs have gotten really
0:50
skimpy and I always have to add an
0:53
additional egg to it. and you don't get
0:56
a lot of the crispy crowns anymore. And
0:59
then the cheese is kind of very minimal
1:02
in those bowls. So, we make our own. So,
1:05
I'm going to be air frying up some
1:07
crispy crowns. These are just a flat
1:10
version of a tater tot. And I'm going to
1:13
be doing 22 of these because 11 is a
1:16
serving. And then this takes about 10 to
1:18
12 minutes in the air fryer. So, I'm
1:20
going to [snorts] get those ready. While
1:22
those are cooking, I'm going to brown up
1:25
some Jimmy Dean sausage. I'm going to do
1:28
the whole thing, although we only need 2
1:30
oz each, but that way I have the rest of
1:32
it cooked up and ready to go for another
1:34
show for you guys.
1:37
And then we're going to scramble up some
1:39
eggs. We're going to do two each. And
1:42
then I'm going to shred up some cheese.
1:44
That way we feel like we're having a
1:46
bowl. I'm going to bring you back when
1:48
all of this is done and our bowls are
1:49
ready and give you a peek at it.
1:54
All right, our tater crowns are nice and
1:56
crispy. I'm going to put them on the
1:58
bottom of the bowls. Then we're going to
2:00
put in about 2 oz of the sausage.
2:05
Just sprinkle it around.
2:08
You'll see that.
2:12
And then we're going to put our eggs on.
2:15
Nice healthy amount.
2:17
Like I said, we cooked two eggs per
2:19
person.
2:24
Some cheese on top.
2:27
And this is our copycat version of
2:30
Chick-fil-A's breakfast bowl with the
2:32
sausage. There we go, you guys. Happy
2:35
eating. Welcome back, everyone, to
2:37
another dinner idea for you guys that
2:40
Thomas and I eat. We eat this a lot.
2:43
This is air fryer pizzas. They're
2:46
tortilla pizzas. So, we use tortillas,
2:51
specifically these right here, the
2:53
homestyle soft and fluffy. They're the
2:56
fajita size.
2:58
And so, what we do is we just lay these
3:00
on our pan. And then we're going to add
3:02
some sauce to it. We're going to shred
3:05
some mozzarella cheese and put that on
3:07
top. And then I'm going to put some
3:10
sausage on mine. This was cooked this
3:13
morning when I made those uh the copycat
3:17
breakfast bowls. And I have the extra
3:20
sausage right here. So, I'm putting some
3:22
on mine.
3:24
Thomas likes to leave his alone and just
3:26
have the cheese on it. Extra cheese.
3:29
Extra cheesy.
3:30
>> Extra cheese. [laughter]
3:32
>> And then I'm going to heat up some
3:33
broccoli because we have it in the
3:35
refrigerator. I'm going to go ahead and
3:36
get rid of that. And then in the second
3:39
part of the air fryer, we have a double
3:41
air fryer. So we have a bottom one with
3:44
that tray and then we have the top
3:46
portion right here which has the the
3:48
basket in it. Y'all see those delicious
3:50
little things in there? These are cheese
3:53
curds
3:55
and we're going to add some of those to
3:56
our dinner tonight. This is what I'm
3:58
using right here. The breaded cheese
3:59
curds. We got these from Aldi weeks ago
4:03
or maybe
4:04
>> maybe a month. maybe a month ago, but
4:06
we're trying to finish these off. So
4:08
anyway, so I'm going to build these all
4:10
up, make these, and then I'm going to
4:12
show you the finished product. And I'll
4:14
be having one, and Thomas is going to
4:16
have two.
4:19
Here's our plates. Look at that. Doesn't
4:22
that cheese pizza look delicious?
4:26
And we have our cheese curds and the
4:30
leftover broccoli that we had right
4:32
there.
4:34
There we go. And there's mine with the
4:36
sausage. And Thomas and I are having a
4:41
lollipop cream soda.
4:44
>> We're splitting that.
4:45
>> We're splitting that. All right, you
4:47
guys. That is our dinner idea for you
4:49
guys. I hope you enjoy what's on your
4:52
tortilla pizza. Now, let me let you know
4:56
that if you don't have an air fryer, you
4:58
can certainly put these in the oven on a
5:00
sheet pan on about 400° and then just
5:04
bake it for a few minutes. Just keep an
5:06
eye on it. All you're looking to do is
5:07
get your cheese nice and melted, a
5:09
little golden brown, and your tortilla
5:11
nice and toasty. All right, you guys.
5:13
We'll see y'all on the next one.
5:15
>> And we're using paper plates, so I don't
5:17
have any dishes.
5:18
>> Look at that, you guys. We're fancy
5:20
tonight.
5:21
>> Yeah. [laughter]
5:23
Welcome back to another dinner idea.
5:26
This can even be a lunch idea also. We
5:28
are making deli wraps and we're going to
5:32
be using tortillas. These are just flour
5:35
tortillas.
5:37
And I'm going to be cooking up some
5:38
bacon in our air fryer. I got four
5:41
pieces here. It'll take about 10 minutes
5:43
in the air fryer. While these are
5:45
cooking, I can get everything else
5:46
ready. I'm also going to be cooking up
5:49
some tater crowns. Now, this is going to
5:52
be on the bottom part of our air fryer
5:54
in the rack part. And then this is going
5:55
to go into the drawer part of our air
5:58
fryer. So, these are the tater crowns. I
6:00
got 22 of them in there. That gives us
6:02
two servings.
6:04
We'll take the tortillas and I'm going
6:07
to shmear them with the cream cheese.
6:10
And then we'll season with a little bit
6:12
of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and some
6:17
chives. And then we're going to layer
6:20
some deli meats on there. And we've
6:22
still got some rotisserie chicken
6:25
breast, black forest unccured ham, and
6:28
then some mosquite smoked turkey breast.
6:32
So, we'll layer those in there. And then
6:34
we've got some proolone cheese still.
6:36
So, we'll put that on there. And then we
6:38
got some veggies over here. We got the
6:40
tomatoes that we're going to slice up.
6:43
Some green onions that will go into it.
6:45
And then we got these mini sweet peppers
6:48
that we will clean up and slice them up
6:51
to get them into our wrap also. All
6:53
right, I'm going to put this whole thing
6:54
together. I'm going to show you what
6:55
this looks like. We are not using our
6:57
stove or oven today, just the air fryer.
7:00
Here's our plates.
7:02
There they are. Nice, cool, refreshing
7:06
dinner with some tots in the air fryer.
7:09
Look at this thing. Yeah, I barely got
7:12
this thing closed because there was so
7:13
much going on in there. All
7:16
>> [snorts]
7:16
>> right, you guys. We'll see y'all on the
7:18
next one. We're going to sit down and go
7:19
enjoy our dinner.
7:22
For this morning's breakfast, I tend to
7:24
make this a lot because it's just easy
7:26
to make and it's delicious and it's it's
7:29
a healthy breakfast for me anyway. I
7:31
like to make avocado
7:33
toast
7:35
and I like to put fried eggs with it.
7:38
Now, this is the bread that I use right
7:40
here for my breakfast toast, which is
7:43
Ezekiel, and it's a sprouted grain
7:45
bread, flowerless. It's really good
7:48
bread. I love it. And then when I do my
7:51
avocado, I'm going to flavor it with a
7:53
little bit of lemon juice,
7:57
everything bagel seasoning,
8:00
some pepper, and a little sprig of salt
8:03
right here. Not much. And then I like to
8:06
fry my egg in my little egg pan here.
8:09
And I do tend to like a little butter in
8:11
with that. All right, you guys. Let's
8:14
get going on this. I like to make sure
8:16
that my butter is nice and melted
8:25
into the sink.
8:28
Can y'all see? There we go.
8:35
Little bit of salt,
8:38
lots of black pepper. That's just the
8:40
way I like them. And then
8:44
shocker of shockers here.
8:47
A little bit of garlic powder. I don't
8:48
know why you guys, but oh my gosh, it
8:50
just makes it feel gourmet. Just right
8:52
across the top. There we go.
8:56
Now, I'm going to let it set around the
8:58
edges just a little bit and coming into
9:00
the egg. And then I'll just flip the
9:01
whole thing over because that's how I
9:03
like my eggs. Here's the toast.
9:09
All right, I'm just going to dig deep
9:11
under the eggs. Dig deep and flip the
9:15
whole thing over. There we go.
9:19
Now, [clears throat] what I like to do,
9:23
flatten out the yolk
9:27
and cook that for just a another minute
9:29
or so. I'm going to wind up flipping it
9:31
again so that I can get that cooked
9:33
right there. Let me know how you like
9:35
your eggs.
9:37
I just take the avocado. Now, I did
9:39
scrub it clean. I just take a pairing
9:41
knife, put it at the top of it, and find
9:45
the pit and then drag my knife all the
9:48
way through following that pit till I
9:51
get to the other side here. Wiggle it a
9:54
little bit.
9:56
All right.
9:59
Well, now what I'm going to do,
10:03
I'm going to make lines on the avocado.
10:08
kind of go around it.
10:14
I'm going to pop them all out.
10:17
Place it across my toast.
10:23
All right. Like that. There we go.
10:29
There we go.
10:32
Just a little spritz of some lemon juice
10:34
right across the Yep. Not much.
10:38
Definitely some everything seasoning mix
10:42
here.
10:43
Bagel.
10:45
Definitely some pepper.
10:51
Some salt.
10:54
Just a little bit. Little bit of garlic.
11:01
And then we're going to put our egg on.
11:03
I'm going to fold it. There we go.
11:07
Put that right on top.
11:10
That is my avocado toast with eggs.
11:14
That's how I like my breakfast. All
11:17
right, this is one of our dinners that
11:18
we're having tonight. We are going to be
11:21
making a pasta, ground beef dish, and
11:26
we're also going to have some broccoli
11:27
with it and some garlic toast. Now, I'm
11:32
going to be browning up some ground beef
11:33
with some onions and some celery that's
11:37
in here. When I bought this, I didn't
11:39
realize there was celery. I thought it
11:40
was bell peppers, but anyway, we're
11:42
going to use it anyway. We like it. And
11:44
then I'm going to be cooking up the
11:46
sauce with this garlic vodka sauce.
11:50
We've never had this before, Thomas and
11:52
I, but Joseph and Megan, that's my son,
11:55
and his wife, swear by it. So, we're
11:58
going to give that a try. And then the
12:00
numbers on the back of it look really
12:03
good for a serving. It's only 100
12:04
calories and you can see that the carb,
12:07
if you're counting your carbs, it's very
12:09
low and the sugars and all of that. So
12:13
you can check that out right there.
12:14
Anyway, so I'm going to cook up the meat
12:17
sauce and then I'm going to make some
12:19
pasta. We've got some low carb pasta
12:22
here that we're going to be trying with
12:24
it. You can use any pasta that you want.
12:27
I got some garlic bread right here and
12:31
we are going to air fry it so we don't
12:33
have to turn on our oven tonight. It's
12:36
super duper muggy outside because it
12:38
just rained. This is what I'm using
12:39
right here. And then
12:43
we're going to make our life easy and
12:45
we're going to cook up some broccoli. I
12:46
love these steam fresh bags in the
12:48
microwave. So, and then I doctor them up
12:50
when they come out with some salt,
12:52
pepper, garlic powder, and some butter
12:55
and mix it all around. And it's very
12:57
yummy. All right, you guys. I'm going to
12:58
come back. I'm going to show you the
12:59
finished product. There's our dinner,
13:02
y'all. This was done in less than 15
13:04
minutes. As we were boiling the pasta,
13:06
we cooked the ground beef with the onion
13:08
and the celery, and then we just added
13:10
the sauce to it. And then when the
13:12
noodles were done, we just added that to
13:13
it. Let it get in there. The bread only
13:16
took about 4 to 6 minutes in the air
13:18
fryer. And then the broccoli took four
13:20
minutes in the microwave. And then I
13:21
just seasoned that up with the salt,
13:23
pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and
13:26
some butter. So there we go, you guys.
13:30
Happy dinner. All right, you guys. What
13:32
did you think? Which one was your
13:34
favorite? One, two, three, four, or
13:36
five? I'm going to tell you what, the
13:38
air fryer pizzas is number one in my
13:41
book. Number two, it is that breakfast
13:44
bowl, that Chick-fil-A copycat one. But
13:47
I do love a good avocado toast with egg.
13:50
All right, you guys. If you want to see
13:51
more of these, let me know because we
13:53
make lots of things that y'all don't
13:55
see. And if you want to see them, you
13:58
got to let us know by commenting down
13:59
below. Or if you have other ideas that
14:02
you make that are just simple and easy,
14:05
let us know that also. All right, you
14:07
guys. I'll see y'all on the next one.
14:09
Bye. Yeah.
