Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place each piece of chicken in a ziploc bag and slightly flatten to about 1/2 inch thickness.
Remove flattened chicken from ziploc bag and place chicken into a 9x13 baking dish.
Drizzle oil over chicken to coat top and bottom of chicken.
Mix all seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle over top and bottom of chicken.
Place baking dish into preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
Pull baking dish out of oven and cover with foil for 15 minutes.
After chicken has rested, dice or cut into strips as recipe requires. Enjoy.
