Break graham crackers into a fine crumb. Place into bowl. Add sugar and melted butter. Mix well until all crumbs are wet. Pour mixture into a 9 inch pie plate, push down and flatten bottom and sides. Bake in a 375 degree preheated oven for about 7 minutes until golden.
In a small bowl using an electric hand mixer beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff. Set aside.
In a food processor puree 1 (14oz) can of peaches, drained) Set aside.
In a large bowl add both packages of cream cheese, 3/4 cup white granulated sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Using an electric hand mixer, blend until smooth. Add the pureed peaches and blend until well combined.
Add the whipped topping and fold in with a spatula (do not use mixer). With the other can of peaches, cut into dice size pieces and fold into mixture.
Pour mixture into prepared graham cracker crust and smooth out.
Place in freezer until firm. Enjoy.
