Peanut Butter Chocolate No Bake Pie

Equipment

  • large mixing bowl
  • measuring cup
  • measuring spoon
  • electric hand mixer
  • spatula

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup white granulate sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) tub cool whip, thawed
  • 1 chocolate pie crust ("Ready Crust" in baking aisle)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla.
  • Blend in thawed cool whip until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour mixture into prepared "Ready Crust" and smooth evenly. Place lid on pie.
  • Refrigerate until pie is firm. Enjoy.
