I like making m&m cookies, but I was looking for something different. Low and behold I was inspired by these little gems peanut m&ms. You get this peanut butter flavor and traditional m&m flavors in this one cookie. Plus lets make it simple & easy by using a box of cake mix. You know you want to try these.
Peanut M&M's Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) cake mix (vanilla, white, or yellow flavor)
- 2 cups peanut m&ms; chopped
- 6 TBS butter; semi melted
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl combine cake mix, butter, and eggs.
- Add m&ms and mix well.
- Form 1 inch round balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten down each ball to 1/4 inch disc.
- Bake in oven for 9 minutes until lightly browned.
- Allow to cool on racks, Enjoy.
