

Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip Appetizer
Perfect for Holiday, Christmas, Tailgating, football, tree trimming. You can make this Spicy or Mild.
Equipment
- 2 medium microwave safe bowls
- 1 9" oven proof baking dish, pie dish or cast iron skillet

Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) blocks softened cream cheese
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 3 green onions, sliced (DIVIDED)
- 14 oz strawberry jalapeno jam (or use any variety) keep the spice out by using regular jam
Instructions
- Place 2 blocks of cream cheese into a medium microwave safe bowl. Heat up in microwave for 20-25 seconds until softened.
- To the softened cream cheese, mix in cheddar cheese, 1/2 of the green onions, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
- Spread mixture into a 9 inch baking dish or pie dish or cast iron skillet evenly.
- Place in 350 degree preheated oven for 15 minutes or until mixture is bubbly.
- Place the jam/jelly in a microwave medium bowl and cook for 30 seconds. Stir and cook another 30 seconds. Pour melted jelly over the heated cheese dip. Spread evenly. Top with remaining green onions. Serve up with vegetable sticks or crackers.
