Pumpkin Pie Pancakes - Easy 4 Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg room temperature
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin pie mix (pumpkin 100% puree)
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • Optional Toppings: syrup, whip cream and/or pecans

Instructions

  • In a large bowl whisk egg. Whisk in milk, pumpkin pie mix, and Bisquick.
  • Butter or grease a skillet or griddle on medium heat.
  • Pour batter onto hot skillet or griddle using a 1/3 measuring cup. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles start to form and bottom of pancake is golden. Flip over and cook an additional 45 seconds to 1 minute.
  • Top with syrup, whipped topping and/or pecans if desired.
