In a large bowl whisk egg. Whisk in milk, pumpkin pie mix, and Bisquick.
Butter or grease a skillet or griddle on medium heat.
Pour batter onto hot skillet or griddle using a 1/3 measuring cup. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles start to form and bottom of pancake is golden. Flip over and cook an additional 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Top with syrup, whipped topping and/or pecans if desired.
