Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Using 1 TBS butter coat the sides and bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Set aside.
Using a rolling pin or your hands flatten each biscuit into 4 inch rounds. Place 1 TBS of fruit pie filling in center of biscuit. Seal each biscuit closed over the pie filling pressing edges. Pull all edges together at center and place seam down in prepared baking dish.
Melt 3 TBS of butter and pour or brush evenly over all biscuit bombs.
In a small bowl mix together sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly oever tops of biscuit bombs.
Bake in preheated oven for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit for 5 minutes. Enjoy.

Can you freeze these. Being by myself I could not eat all 10 in a timely manner.
If you can find the small biscuits of 5 you can refrigerate after making. But I would not freeze these as it changes the texture of the dough. Hope you enjoy.
