Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl mix together ground beef, eggs, onion, milk panko or bread crumbs, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese.
Form meat mixture into a loaf on a sheet pan with a lip around it. Or place meat mixture into a loaf pan lightly sprayed.
Place in oven for 45 minutes to an hour until no longer pink in center. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
15 minutes before meatloaf comes out of oven, make homemade brown gravy. Heat 4 TBS butter in a medium skillet over high heat. Add onions and saute for a few minutes to soften.
Add beef broth and bring to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder as needed.
Make a slurry with 4 TBS of heated beef broth and 2 TBS corn starch whisked together. Pour into broth and whisk until thickened. Add additional slurry if needed.
Pour gravy over meatloaf. Pour over French fries or mashed potatoes. Enjoy.
