In a large bowl mix together ground beef, cracker crumbs, 1 cup milk and seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, ceyenne, and Italian seasoning).
Form mixture into oval shaped patties.
In a medium shallow bowl whisk 1 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp pepper together.
In a large skillet on medium high heat 1 TBS oil and 1 TBS butter and bring to a sizzle.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dredge meat patties into flour coating all sides and place into skillet. Brown meat on each side for 3-4 minutes each side. (note: you don't have to fully cook patties, they will finish cooking in oven.)
Place browned meat patties into a casserole dish.
In a medium bowl, add 2 cans of cream of soup (whichever flavor you would like to use), 1 cup of milk, 1 TBS parsley and whisk together. Pour over the meat patties in casserole dish. Cover dish with foil and place into preheated oven for 30-40 minutes until patties are cooked through. Enjoy.
