

Retro Cocoa-Cola Jello Salad
Jiggly fruit dessert with cherries & pineapple flavors with a little kick from cocoa-cola.
Equipment
- jello mold
- Medium sauce pan
- whisk or spatula
Ingredients
- 1 (21oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 (3oz) boxes cherry jello powder
- 1 cup cocoa-cola
- 1 (20oz) can crushed pineapple
Instructions
- In medium sauce pan combine cherry pie filing, sugar, and water bringing to a boil over high heat. Stir for 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar.
- Stir in both jello packages until dissolved for 2 minutes.
- Place sauce pan in refrigerator for at least 30-45 minutes until partially set. (DO NOT LET SET UP ENTIRELY.)
- Remove from refrigerator and pour in cocoa-cola & crushed pineapple. Stir well to combine.
- Pour mixture into jello mold & cover with plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours until its set up solid.
