Ingredients

  • 1 caulifower head
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 TBS lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Take your cauliflower and cut off any loose stems and leaves from bottom. Place bottom of cauliflower on to cutting board. Using a large knife, cut cauliflower from top to bottom through the center. Then cut 1 inch or 1 1/2 inch steaks.
  • Place steaks onto a baking pan that has a 1/2' lip to keep olive oil in. (You can also put any pieces of cauliflower that came off of the head onto the pan also, so it doesn't go to waste.
  • In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese.
  • Coat the cauliflower steaks and flip over to coat the back side. Don't forget to coat your small pieces.
  • Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top of steaks only.
  • Place in oven for 25-30 minutes or until desired texture is met.
  • Serve and enjoy.
